Despite my initial nervousness and uncertainty, I decided to send my cat Missy with them. She broke her hip and needed a very expensive surgery, many vets in Atlanta charged me over $9000 for the surgery. The decision to send Missy wasn’t easy but after checking their reviews, website and specially after talking to them on the phone my worries and doubts were gone. It was a long 10 days away from Missy but she came back from her surgery looking good and I only had to pay $3500.
While there are areas that could have some improvement, I would still definitely recommend their service to pet owners in need for an alternative to the expensive vet bills in here in the US. I’m sure the longer they are in business the smoother the process will be.
